By accessing or using the Tech in Church website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, including those who browse without submitting any information, those who submit contact or inquiry forms, and clients who access the proposal portal.
2Who May Use This Website
This Site is intended for:
- Representatives of churches, ministries, and houses of worship exploring AV solutions.
- Current or prospective clients of Tech in Church.
- Vendors, partners, and other businesses with a legitimate interest in our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to act on behalf of your organization to submit forms or enter into any agreements through this Site.
3Website Content
The content on this Site — including text, images, system descriptions, case studies, pricing examples, and design guidance — is provided for informational purposes only.
- Content is subject to change without notice.
- Pricing ranges, equipment examples, and project descriptions shown on the Site are illustrative and do not constitute a binding quote or offer.
- Case study details may be anonymized or generalized to protect client confidentiality.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free or up to date.
4Permitted & Prohibited Use

5Forms & Submissions
This Site uses forms hosted by Tally and Fillout to collect inquiries and post-install survey responses.
- By submitting a form, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- Form submissions do not create a service agreement or financial obligation. A binding agreement is formed only when a formal Proposal is signed (see our Terms and Conditions).
- We will respond to inquiry submissions within 2 business days during normal business hours.
- Submitting a form constitutes your consent to be contacted by Tech in Church regarding your inquiry.
6Proposal Portal Access
Current clients may access a personalized proposal portal via a unique link provided by Tech in Church. The following terms apply to portal use:
- Portal links are private and non-transferable. Do not share your proposal link publicly.
- The portal is for the exclusive use of the named client organization and their authorized representatives.
- Electronic signatures submitted through the portal are legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and applicable Ohio law.
- Once a proposal is signed, it cannot be unsigned through the portal. To request changes, contact us at info@techinchurch.com.
- Tech in Church reserves the right to revoke portal access at any time if these Terms of Use are violated.
7Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the Tech in Church name, logo, written content, photography, system diagrams, and design — is the property of Tech in Church or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not use the Tech in Church name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
- Proposals and system designs delivered to clients are licensed for the specific project only (see Section 15 of our Terms and Conditions).
- User-submitted content (form responses, survey feedback) remains the property of the submitter but grants Tech in Church a license to use it for service delivery and improvement purposes.
8Third-Party Links & Services
This Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services (such as manufacturer websites, industry resources, or embedded tools). These links are provided for convenience only.
- Tech in Church does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
- Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
- Embedded services (Tally, Fillout) operate under their own terms of service in addition to ours. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Tech in Church does not warrant that:
- The Site will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions.
- Any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.
- The Site is free from viruses or other harmful components (though we take reasonable precautions).
Nothing on this Site constitutes professional engineering, electrical, or legal advice. Engage a licensed professional for site-specific technical decisions.
10Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site (separate from any service agreement) shall not exceed $100.
