"The screen totally changes the space. It's a night and day difference from the old projector."
The Challenge
Jesus Power Assemblies of God had outgrown their existing setup. Three aging projectors — one large rear-projection unit serving as the main stage backdrop and two side-wall projectors — were struggling to deliver the clarity and brightness the space needed. The screens washed out under stage lighting, the projection surfaces took up valuable wall real estate, and the overall visual experience didn't match the energy of the ministry.
They needed a complete overhaul — not just a single screen swap, but a whole-room visual strategy with LED displays at every key position in the sanctuary.
Before — Three projector screens
After — Three LED displays across the sanctuary
Our Approach — 3 Phases
Rather than shutting the church down for a long install, we structured the project in three phases — each one completing a section of the sanctuary while keeping the ministry fully operational throughout.
Phase 1 — Main Stage LED Wall
We removed the existing rear-projection screen and replaced it with a ground-stacked P2.6 LED panel — the centerpiece of the entire transformation. At nearly 28 feet wide, it commands the room and delivers brilliant, consistent brightness under any lighting condition.
- P2.6 pixel pitch LED panel — ground stack configuration
- 27.8 ft wide × 9.8 ft tall
- Integrated with existing presentation and camera systems
Phase 2 — Side Walls & Rear Display
With the main stage complete, we turned to the rest of the room. Two wall-mounted LED screens replaced the side projectors, giving every seat in the house an unobstructed view. A smaller rear display was added as a confidence monitor and overflow screen for the back of the sanctuary.
- Side screens: P2.5 pixel pitch — 17 ft wide × 8 ft tall (wall mounted, ×2)
- Rear display: P2 — 9.8 ft wide × 6.5 ft tall (wall mounted)
- All screens tied into a single content workflow
Phase 3 — Stage Lighting Upgrade
The final phase tied everything together. With three vivid LED displays now filling the room, the original stage lighting wasn't keeping up. We upgraded the full lighting rig to complement the new displays — giving the worship team dynamic, production-quality lighting that enhances the screens rather than competing with them.
- Full stage lighting rig replacement
- LED fixtures designed to work with high-brightness LED walls
- Balanced for both in-room worship and livestream camera exposure
